Terms of Service
Last updated June 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of Claimshelf (claimshelf.forage.bot), operated by Jobbot Inc. By accessing the site, placing an order, or using the product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Claimshelf.
1. The service
Claimshelf is a self-serve software product that generates a starter kit for documenting a household inventory based on the information you submit. The description, scope, and price shown on claimshelf.forage.bot and at checkout (currently $19, unless otherwise stated) apply to your order at the time you place it.
Features, scope, technical methods, and pricing may change over time, but later changes will not retroactively alter an order already placed unless we clearly tell you otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Claimshelf. If you purchase on behalf of another person, household, or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so and to accept these terms for that order.
3. Billing model, orders, delivery, and timing
The billing model for Claimshelf — whether a one-time purchase, a subscription, or another arrangement — is shown on claimshelf.forage.bot and at checkout. The terms of your specific order, including any recurring charges, free trials, follow-up deliverables, included add-ons, and cancellation rights, apply to that order. Any delivery windows, turnaround times, or similar estimates shown on the site or in email are targets only, not guaranteed deadlines.
Your order is considered delivered when we send the report, download link, hosted page, or other purchased output to the email address you provided, or otherwise make it available through the delivery method described at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking spam, junk, quarantine, or other filtering systems on your side.
For one-time purchases that include a follow-up re-run, re-audit, or other follow-up deliverable, that follow-up is part of the original purchase as described at checkout and does not create an ongoing subscription, managed-service, or indefinite support obligation unless we expressly say otherwise.
For subscription products, recurring billing continues until you cancel through the mechanism described at checkout or on claimshelf.forage.bot. Cancellation governs your access to future billing cycles and the post-cancellation lifecycle of any hosted output as described at checkout. Refund treatment for the current billing cycle is described in section 5.
4. Fees, payment, and taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any selected add-ons, discounts, and applicable taxes. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Refunds
Outside the conditions above and any non-waivable rights under applicable law, sales are final. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method.
6. Information you submit; authority and permissions
The information you submit during checkout and intake must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your contact email current so we can deliver the product, refunds, and important notices.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority needed to submit the text, notes, and other materials you provide to us, and to instruct Jobbot Inc and its service providers to process them to deliver the product. If you submit materials on behalf of a third party, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
7. Prohibited submissions and acceptable use
Claimshelf is designed for ordinary household inventory planning details. You agree not to:
- submit payment card information except through Stripe Checkout;
- submit social security numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account credentials, or similar highly sensitive personal data;
- submit health information, biometric data, precise location data, children's personal data, or other regulated sensitive data;
- submit trade secrets, confidential third-party information, or unpublished internal materials unless you are fully authorized and accept processing by our providers as described in the privacy policy;
- use Claimshelfto violate the law, infringe another party's rights, or breach any duty of confidentiality;
- ask us to access password-protected systems, bypass technical controls, conduct penetration testing, or perform intrusive security testing;
- interfere with, probe, scrape, automate access to, or impose unreasonable load on Claimshelf or related infrastructure; or
- resell, white-label, or repackage the service itself as your own standalone commercial product without our written permission.
8. Automated processing and technical changes
Claimshelf uses automated systems, templates, and rules to generate output. We may change heuristics, templates, prompts, workflow steps, or other technical methods over time in our discretion. Unless we expressly say otherwise, we do not promise that any particular technical method will be used for your order.
Outputs may vary between runs, may contain errors or omissions, and may be incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it.
9. Your content; our limited license
As between you and us, you retain whatever rights you have in the content you submit. You grant Jobbot Inc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, analyze, modify, and otherwise use that content solely as needed to provide the product, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, process refunds, comply with law, and improve the operation of the service using aggregate or de-identified learnings.
10. Output and permitted use
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the starter kit and other output we deliver to you for your own household recordkeeping and related personal purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the service, site, software, prompts, workflows, templates, branding, or underlying methods.
We do not guarantee that any output is unique, protectable, or free of third-party claims.
11. Third-party services
Claimshelf relies on third-party services such as Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Migadu, and GitHub. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, filtering, delays, or other acts or omissions of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimers
The product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted service.
References to a "starter kit," "claim-ready," or similar labels mean an informational software output only. They do not mean a complete inventory, replacement-value estimate, insurance approval, legal advice, or a guarantee that any claim will be paid.
You are solely responsible for reviewing the output, verifying any facts or recommendations, deciding how to act on it, and obtaining any legal, tax, insurance, appraisal, or other professional advice you need. Claimshelf is not a substitute for professional judgment.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobbot Inc and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Claimshelf, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or Claimshelf will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Jobbot Incharmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your submitted content, your violation of these terms, your misuse of Claimshelf, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Claimshelf at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal risk, provider restrictions, or conduct that may harm the service or others. You may stop using Claimshelf at any time.
Sections intended to survive termination — including ownership, submitted content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions — will survive.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or Claimshelf that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice — for example, by posting the change on claimshelf.forage.bot or emailing you at the address on file. Your continued use of Claimshelf after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
