No. It is a starter kit: room order, prompts, and a seeded CSV structure. The point is to get you through the first real session instead of abandoning the task again.

Do you estimate values or tell me what insurance will cover?
No. Claimshelf never generates replacement-value claims, carrier interpretations, or reimbursement promises. It gives you the structure needed to build your own record credibly.
What's your refund policy?
Two ways you can get a refund automatically from your dashboard: if our system flagged the starter kit as a generation failure (we couldn't generate the guide after retries), refunds are available for 90 days; or if our logs show you never opened the dashboard after delivery, refunds are available for 30 days.
